My Mission
At Heart of Incense, my mission is to guide women through the sacred terrain of life’s hardest transitions—motherhood, burnout, marital struggle, infidelity, and spiritual dryness—with compassion, clarity, and courage. Rooted in Catholic tradition and inspired by the psychological insights of Carl Jung and the contemplative practices of Ignatian prayer, my coaching invites women into deep inner work, emotional renewal, and spiritual integration. After facing many difficult seasons myself out of which God brought beauty and healing, I believe that every painful season holds the hidden grace of redemptive suffering—a chance to encounter the healing presence of Jesus and be drawn into deeper union with Him.

Whether you’re facing emotional overwhelm, spiritual dryness, or simply need a compassionate companion to walk beside you, this session provides space for prayerful reflection, insight, and gentle guidance rooted in faith and inner work.

For Those Considering Catholicism
Have you been considering the Catholic faith but need a sounding board for your objections, guidance through your concerns, and a prayer partner in discernment? I spent 15+ years as a Protestant with a passion for theology and scripture; I had numerous objections to the Catholic faith but was fortunate to have numerous people God had placed in my life who helped me reconcile all of the truths I was finding in scripture and church history which ultimately culminated in my conversion. While my hope is for everyone to know the "fullness of truth" that I see in Catholicism, I have a huge heart for my Protestant brothers and sisters and will walk along-side you in prayer, respectful dialogue, and in keeping Jesus as the central focus, regardless of your decision.
